Design Museum x PechaKucha
DESIGN MUSEUM x PECHA KUCHA
The Pecha Kucha night phenomenon, began in Tokyo in 2003 as an event for young designers to meet, network and show their work in public. Drawing its name from the Japanese term for the sound of "chit chat", this night is simply and effectively: 20 images x 20 seconds per person. Now this against the clock presentation game comes to Shad Thames. The line up of 14 designers will be a rich mix of disciplines from Designers in Residence, Sustainable Futures, nominees for Brit Insurance Designs of the Year and some big shot design friends including:
Alec Bec + Will Hudson
Tomoko Azumi
Nina Tolstrup
Morag Myerscough
Asif Khan
Tony Brook
Sebastian Noel (Troika)
Freddie Yauner + Marc Owens

about
PechaKucha Events are special one off events in collaboration with partners in different fields. PechaKucha Events can be organized as a part of a conference or event. They are independent of the PechaKucha Night series running now in over 500 cities globally but we work with our PechaKucha city organizers if the event is in the same city as a PechaKucha Night series.
If you want to run a PechaKucha Event as a part of your conference or event please get in touch.
